There is currently no support for secretary to process withdrawal requests. The
secretary tool with the roster tool should process withdrawal requests similar
to the way emeritus requests are handled.
A member submits a request for withdrawal from membership. A form in the public
svn or http area is submitted to secretary. The form is filed in
withdrawal-requests-received and a 10 day countdown is started. If the member
does not rescind the request, after 10 days the secretary selects the
withdrawal request and is taken to the roster tool, which has the withdrawal
request in the Documents section. Double clicking on the Member Status button
brings up (Withdraw) (Deceased) menu. Selecting (Withdraw) moves the member to
Withdrawn state, moves the request from withdrawal-request to withdrawn, and
updates any related files. Moving the request to withdrawn removes the item
from the secretary mail tool.
