Summary: vhosttest.rb does not work in Puppet 6

Puppet 6 changed the way functions are created, and the testwrapper no longer
works.
I have updated the location by removing the 'Parser' path element, but the
script now fails with:
$ ruby vhosttest.rb /puppet/infra-p6
/puppet/infra-p6/modules/vhosts_whimsy/lib/puppet/functions/preprocess_vhosts.rb:1:in
`<top (required)>': undefined method `create_function' for
Puppet::Functions:Module (NoMethodError)
I can make that go away by defining an empty function 'create_function', but
then I get:
vhosttest.rb:29:in `<main>': uninitialized constant
Puppet::Functions::ApacheVHostMacros (NameError)
Not sure how to proceed.
