Lines 97 and 107-108 for how creation of the .ics files is supposed to work
(but might need tweaks).
Note also that I suggest manually creating a
ASF-members-2022-nominations-close.ics file - I did that last year by manually
changing the date, but I guess I never checked in an update to create it.
