Minotaur has been retired; emails are no longer archived there.
As a consequence, it is likely that ~apmail/bin/.archives will be unmaintained
by Infra, and may well be dropped.
Whimsy should stop using the file. The file was one of the sources for
determing whether a list is private or public; this must now be done from the
mboxer and ponymail archiver subscription names.
