Description:
There are now several reasons for rejecting an ICLA of not requesting an
account to be created. These reasons need tick boxes and related text to be
inserted into the ack / reject email.
(X) invalid account id
The requested account id is invalid. Ids must be ... and starting with an alpha
character. Please choose another id and mail the PMC private@ list to submit
the account request.
(X) corporate postal address
The postal address seems not to be a personal postal address. Please provide a
valid, complete, personal postal address where you receive hard copy mail.
(X) invalid public name
The public name provided should not be an id or a single name. The public name
should be the name(s) used in regular communication with external parties.
(X) signature in separate email
The form and detached signature need to be attached to the same message. Please
resubmit the form with the detached signature as one email.
(X) grant needs authorized signature
Software Grants and Corporate Contributor agreements require an authorized
signature, typically an Officer of the corporation. Please resubmit with an
authorized signature.
(X) misdirected email
I'm afraid Apache cannot help you with this. Please contact the responsible
company for assistance.
(X) empty form
The form you submitted appears to be completely empty. Please resubmit.
(X) unreadable/incomplete scan
The document was not scanned properly. Please re-scan or resubmit the document
using a PDF annotator or digital signature.
(X) missing/incomplete vote
I'm afraid Secretary could not find a [VOTE][RESULT] for your committer
invitation. Please contact the (P)PMC (copied here) to request your account.
