Secretary receives requests to add people to existing CCLAs. There is no form
attached, so there needs to be special treatment. There are two steps that need
to be taken.
The original record of the CCLA as documented in officers/cclas.txt needs to be
updated with the names of the additional persons covered by the CCLA.
The entire message text needs to be filed alongside the original CCLA in
documents/cclas. The clearest way to do this is to find the original CCLA,
create a new directory for the CCLA and addenda, move the original CCLA to the
new directory, and add the addendum to the new directory. If there is already a
CCLA directory (with the file name as entered) the addendum needs to be added
to any addenda that already exist. The name of the original CCLA will change
from <company>.pdf to ccla.pdf. The name of the addenda will be addendumX.txt
The secretary workbench needs a new form type (O) CCLA addendum with fields:
Corporation should match an entry in officers/cclas.txt; error if no match
File name should match a file or directory in documents/cclas/; error if no
match
Email should be a comma separated list
Employees should be a comma separated list
