When tracking newly elected nominees, some may not have existing ASF IDs. The
nomination process uses "n/a" for their ID field.
But when memapp-received.txt includes n/a or a non-valid ASF ID, the
/watch/appstatus simply ignores them. It should either include a normal entry
with n/a, or should at least display a warning message somewhere that some
entries are not displayed.
