David Alves updated WHIRR-49:
-----------------------------

    Attachment: WHIRR-49-cc.patch
                WHIRR-49-pom.patch
                WHIRR-49.patch

Corrected a problem where recipes run within other services boostrap would fail
to install.

Added a test for this case. Problem is that while recipes are now actually
installed the test is failing and I don't know why.

Separated the patch in multiple files, the cc portion should probably go on
another jira.

> As discussed in
> https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/WHIRR/WhirrDesign, Whirr should
> be agnostic to the tool used to bring the images up to a state where they're
> ready to run the service.
