Added a WhirrUtils class that contains the printAccess method (It could be
useful to use outside of the client when using whirr as a lib).
Added a test for the printAccess method
By default the client prints the ssh commands for up to 20 nodes, as to not
overflood the console when 1000 node clusters become possible,
