Attachment: WHIRR-556.patch
This patch:
- makes sure the message is correct (uses clusterSpec.get{Provider,Identity}
- makes sure the message is displayed only when it makes sense (e.g. not for
'whirr help')
- allows suppressing the message using --quiet
