Make HBase metrics appear in Ganglia

HBase metrics don't appear in Ganglia because
- hadoop-metrics.properties refers to GangliaContext instead of GangliaContext31
Next to this, metrics are sent to $MASTER_HOST which refers to the hbase
master. We should introduce a new variable ($GMETAD_HOST) and send metrics
there.
