Currently does not work on aws-ec2. The command to install plugins has been
changed to this format:

bin/plugin -install elasticsearch/elasticsearch-cloud-aws/1.5.0
{code}
Added a patch which replaces the plugin name 'cloud-aws' to
'elasticsearch/elasticsearch-cloud-aws/1.5.0', the full path including version.
