The service and package names in configure_cdh_hbase.sh and
install_cdh_hbase.sh use the CDH3-style naming - i.e., "hadoop-hbase",
"hadoop-hbase-master", etc. They should be changed to switch between the CDH3
namees and CDH4 names depending on whether we're using CDH3 or CDH4.
