if one builds Giraph using the 'mvn -P' profile appropriate for their Hadoop
version and runs it using the bin/giraph script, selecting IO formats and and
example algorithm at the command line (etc, new docs on Giraph site are on the
way to detail the current CLI options etc), no further configs should be needed
out of the box to make it run, as stated above.
