I have a script that is timing out today , with the timeout set to 10 min the cause turns out to be the "yum -y update" is taking too long now that the next set of patches is out; I'll have to go back & rebuild a new image.
This raises a question though: can you extend the timeouts? jclouds has some fancy injection of its Timeout singleton -who knows how to extend its timeout value?
