There's a lot of goodness that Hiera bring to the table. This is especially so
when considering Puppet 3.0 (which would autoinitialize class parameters based
on hiera values). I would like to propose that we:
# export the cluster state to Hiera
# provide an option of exporting arbitrary state to Hiera
# provide an option of using Hiera as the means of passing parameters to the
classes
