prepare_all_disks.sh works, but not well in some cases. EC2 reports /dev/sdX as
the disks to jclouds, but the actual devices on the VMs is often /dev/xvdX,
without symlinks etc. So we should check for that in the script and switch over
to /dev/xvdX if needed.
Also we should get rid of the obsolete/unused prepare_disks.sh.
