Add a new service for deploying Apache Storm (incubating).

Storm is a distributed, fault-tolerant, and high-performance realtime
computation system that provides strong guarantees on the processing of data.
I've started a preliminary implementation available here:
https://github.com/ptgoetz/whirr-storm
If there's interest, I can submit it as a patch when it's more complete.
