Thanks for the link. Amazingly, the company does not use an web application framework. Plain old jsps with scriptlets embedded (yikes!) + hibernate backend. I've already started the Wicket campaign by showing small demos and most have agreed that Wicket development seems 'natural'. We have some that are trying to go the JSF + Seam (ugh!) route and others are Ruby on Rails fanatics. A RoR presentation was already given to the company but it did not impress the masses (nor myself).
