a quick release is only that quick that it will take 6-8 weeks anyway.. (it
will not be in 2-3 weeks..)
In that time frame we can do 1 and in the end 2 release of 1.3 anyway
So eventually we will have1.3.5 and 1.4.
Then we can stop supporting 1.3.5 for most kind of bugs except the
exceptional onces of course.
