I have a local teamcity server running a sourceforge project for months now without any problem. But it's a small project that doesn't change very often. I will be on holiday for a month starting this weekend, so cannot be of much help. But if anybody has access to the entire stacktrace of the SVNException of the exception that Teamcity gives, that would probably be a good start...
