Having to re-roll the release is a bit of a pain. Would it be possible
to in the future request a delay in cutting a release beforehand? No
issues were unresolved, so I figured it was safe to build.
The idea of cutting a monthly release is to not have to re-roll with
every single issue, but rather provide folks with the certainty that
at most they have to wait a month for a bug fix.
