just some updates:
Lambdas:
* Little bug has been fixed that would cause a StackOverflow (see
https://github.com/apache/wicket/commit/a28972200958044c78a81fe831262273f7e9da7a#commitcomment-16898472)
* Javadoc has been applied to the Lambdas class
* A guide chapter has been added with a small example to show classic vs
lambdas implementation (feel free to add more information)
Wicket Metrics:
* The implementation is finished, now - there are some restrictions
because of AOP, but with small changes to your webapp you are able to
measure a lot of information out of the box
* A complete chapter has been added how to setup wicket-metrics, to
configure Graphite and to write own measurements (also feel free to add
more information)
