Shall we remove AjaxEventBehaviorTest.cutLeadingOnPrefix

Hi,

today I've fixed an issue with the test case in the subject. Looking 
deeper in the code I've read the comment from 
AjaxEventBehavior.onCheckEvent. Shall we remove this method and the 
corresponding test case?
