Hello Maxim, I've looked at the issue and I must say that I'm not sure how to properly fix that (in logic terms). One could now just use the
public StringValue get(final String name) and public StringValue get(final int index) to use the locale provided by the session, but this would be a nightmare for anyone to migrate to 8 and not check all kind of stuff he gets into any params and the session locales that might get used IMHO (also one need to take care that a session might not even exist and not be desired by the time the value is called, so this has to be checked, too). I would at a maximumg provide a public StringValue getLocalized(final String name) and public StringValue getLocalized(final int index) versions to access the values directly in need of a version to have respected the session locale. IMHO not something so big and special it has to be in wicket especially when it changes a behaviour that was in place from beginning; Anyway, it is not my decision to make, just my 2c to it. Since wicket 8.0.0.final seems to be halted by this, might you be able to release a 8.0.0-M7 version?
