Here's my +1 Beyond unit tests, I have not performed any testing.
Minor comments: release_notes.txt contains "Apache Wink 1.2 Release Notes" NOTICE contains: Apache Wink Copyright (c) 2009-2012 The Apache Software Foundation The end date should be updated to 2013. Beyond that, the signature/checksum, source, build, and RAT report all looked good to me.
