This is an offspring of WOOKIE-406 (Widget redeploying fails on Windows).
Because of daylight saving time being active now, new
SimpleDateFormat("yyyy-MM-dd'T'HH.mm.SZ"); of WidgetFileUtils creates a "+" for
the path of the temporary file, which will fail on Windows.
