To tell you the truth, we're not exactly sure. The ASF has an Attic
policy for use when an entire TLP closes up shop. Various things go
read-only and into the custody of the Attic PMC.

However, these 'WS' components are not TLPs. So we have yet to
determine whether they go to the Official Foundation Attic with the
mad uncles and aunts, or whether we do some similar things under our
own control here.
