Remove Axis1 artifacts in WSS4J 1.6

Fix For: 1.6
WSS4J contains Axis1 handlers, namely WSDoAllSender, WSDoAllReceiver and
WSDoAllHandler. This task is to remove these classes from WSS4J 1.6, and any
Axis dependencies from the source code and build system.
WSS4J 1.6 will require JDK 1.5 as a minimum, and hence will not work with Axis1.
This task may require removing all of the samples in WSS4J, as they are Axis1
specific.
