Fix For: 1.6
This task tracks refactoring the way tests are done in WSS4J 1.6. This task
includes:
1) Run all tests using both Sun's SAAJ implementation and Axis SAAJ
implementation.
2) Change the oblique test names (TestWSSecurityNew3 etc.), and create a proper
hierarchy.
