It looks like we're going to try and release the next version of CXF fairly shortly. Thus, I'd like to start the release process for Neethi 3. I think most of Axis2 (maybe all) has been updated to use it and CXF has been as well. Thus, it's fairly well tested and some people have definitely looked at it.
Anyway, please speak up if you have anymore issues or anything that you think need to be resolved first. If not, I'll likely start the release early next week.
