As part of AVRO-457, I wrote code to walk an XmlSchema and build a state
machine from it. With that state machine one can walk through an XML Document
and find a path through the state machine that validates the XML Document.
I believe this code better lives in the Apache XML Schema project, so it can be
available to others not using Avro.
I only made minor changes to the existing code, so there are a lot of
references to Avro in the tests. Please let me know if this is an issue.
This code depends on XMLSCHEMA-34 and XML-SCHEMA-35.
