As noted in
http://stackoverflow.com/questions/32181860/javax-xml-stream-xmlstreamexception-when-using-axiom-to-send-a-soap,
an attempt to serialize a tree that contains a SOAPEnvelope as a child (and
not the root) element fails with the following error:
javax.xml.stream.XMLStreamException: Can not output XML declaration, after
other output has already been done.
