Carl Molemans updated WSS-684:
------------------------------
    Description:
OpenSaml 4.0.0 and 4.0.1 have been released last month (february 2021).

Please provide support for it in an upcoming version of wss4j. At first glance,
it appears they tossed joda-time out of the window & now rly on Java Instant.

Having said that I'm not able to find any official documentation on shibboleth
regarding this v4 release (as per usual).
