For some reason, authentication is failing when you try to login to the LB. There is no error stacktrace. Only an error message which says that the authenticators.xml file is not found, and the default one is used.
On a related note, that message about using the default authenticators.xml file should just be a debug level message. Most frameworks use default config files, and don't print error messages if a config file is not explicitly added.
