Hi
  I have implemented the support for X-Originating-IP and implementation
has been tested using curl if soap header containing information in the
form of X-Originating-IP or X-IP the relevant information will be mapped
as to the forwarding soap message context

    /** Ref X-Originating-IP Form 1*/
    public static final String HEADER_X_ORIGINATING_IP_FORM_1 =
"X-Originating-IP";

    /** Ref X-Originating-IP Form 1*/
    public static final String HEADER_X_ORIGINATING_IP_FORM_2 = "X-IP";

//Extracting information of X-Originating-IP
if (headersMap.get(NhttpConstants.HEADER_X_ORIGINATING_IP_FORM_1) != null) {
headersMap.put(NhttpConstants.HEADER_X_ORIGINATING_IP_FORM_1,
headersMap.get(NhttpConstants.HEADER_X_ORIGINATING_IP_FORM_1));
} else if (headersMap.get(NhttpConstants.HEADER_X_ORIGINATING_IP_FORM_2) !=
null) {
headersMap.put(NhttpConstants.HEADER_X_ORIGINATING_IP_FORM_2,
headersMap.get(NhttpConstants.HEADER_X_ORIGINATING_IP_FORM_2));
}

cheers
