Hi Subash,

I'm missing something here. What aspect of registry kernel finds the
secondary user store stuff useful? And, if we support multiple user stores
the existing user store manager should be able to work against both stores
or part of the platform will never find this feature useful. If UM APIs are
not working that way that's a major limitation from what I understand.
