Looks like the patch to the saml2-sso feature is wrong? The patch given in the patch-releases/4.1.2/features pom is '/features/identity/saml2-sso/'. Whereas I assume it should be '/features/authenticators/saml2-sso'. Unless the location of the feature has changed?
