Hi all $subject is given. The issue was [1] "Show in registry browser" option should be disabled for resources that are not in the registry. As a fix for this issue 'Show in registry browser' option is disabled for newly added files and folders, this is done by checking their resource state by considering the existence of .meta folder and files.
