Hi Dushan, I tried latest ELB ( http://builder3.us1.wso2.org/builds/chunk-02/N_14-09-13/ELB/wso2elb-2.1.0_N20130914.zip) with latest ESB ( https://svn.wso2.org/repos/wso2/people/vanji/ESB_Pack/Build8/sept_11_EveningPack/wso2esb-4.8.0.zip) and had no issue what so ever.
Please test with latest packs and send me the logs, if you still see the issue.
