The problem is, why isn't the update reflected in the cache? What Ushani
has said in the initial mail is not clear. Was it that the APIs were
visible for 15min and then disappeared, or that the APIs became visible
after 15 mins and then disappeared? Cache expires after 15mins, so the code
that uses caching should try to get stuff from the cache, and if it cannot
find something in the cache, it has to refetch it from DB, and put it back
into the cache. The caching implementation will not fetch anything for you
if things are missing. There is a bug somewhere in the API management
components and/org registry.
