We have implemented a test class to verify synchronized Capp deployment in ESB. The test will upload .car to ESB and will verify successful deployment of artifacts, unsuccessful artifact deployments and reverting of artifacts already deployed by reading log entries in repository/logs/wso2carbon.log file inside the ESB pack.
