The wso2carbon.jks is shipped with WSO2 products by default. The default password is 'wso2carbon'. You can find these information in CARBON_HOME/repository/conf/tomcat/catalina-server.xml. See the https Connector section which contains attributes keystoreFile and keystorePass. While it's OK to use the default keystore for testing, it's not recommended for a production setup.
