Hi Anuja, I think you have added the Transition UI to service lifecycle configuration. JSP file added in this sample is what's used in the default ServiceLifeCycle configuration. If you go through the last part of the sample doc its highlighted there. Its better if you add the Transition UI to Samplelifecycle then you can see the changes.
