Hi AM team, In the current implementation of App-Manager, the Creator is able to edit any web-App in 'IN-REVIEW' or 'PUBLISHED' states.
IMHO this implementation is seemingly wrong, since one objective of going through the workflow process is to validate the content of the created app. So if the Creator can change the content after publishing there is no point in validating the content. Is there any specific reason for this implementation? If this implementation is agreed and decided, the Mobile App workflow implementation should be changed. Since in Mobile Apps the creator cannot edit any app beyond CREATED state. So in order to be consistent this should be reverted to match the webapp scenario.
