[Dev] what is get-property('Action') and what it do?

Hi,

I ran the 51st sample of the ESB.

<filter source="get-property('Action')" regex="urn:uploadFileUsingMTOM">

                    <endpoint>
                        <address uri="

                    </endpoint>

Does anyone know what the "Action" property is, where it is defined and
what it does?
