Hi Hemika, Currently we are in the process of creating the cipher-tool[1] as a feature so that products can be easily install via the p2-profile. As of now, you will need to copy the cipher-tool jar to <PRODUCT_HOME>/lib and the necessary files (cipher-text.properties and cipher-tool.properties) to <PRODUCT_HOME>/repository/conf/security for it to work.
