Hi Maduranga, I compared derby scripts in *dbscripts* folder inside the ESB 4.8.1 [1] and ESB4.9.0.[2] distributions. Are you suggesting that derby script in 4.8.1 is a buggy script?
I thought these changes are due to database changes in user management section in two carbon versions.
