There is a typo[1] in $subject. Found this in APIM 1.10.x pack.
[1] <!-- Deployment Synchronizer Configuration. t Enabled value to true
when running with "svn based" dep sync.
In master nodes you need to set both AutoCommit and AutoCheckout to true
and in worker nodes set only AutoCheckout to true.
