Hi Harsha and Johann, I have done the changes to use identity-carbon-auth-rest for appgmt publisher ReST API
As a part of that, I had to backport the HandlerManager.java class of org.wso2.carbon.identity.core to *5.2.x* from *5.5.x* What I did was creating a new branch (release-5.2.3) from the release-5.2.3 branch and backported the class. But then I noticed that there is a *release-productis-5.2.0 *branch.
